I appreciate all of y'all.

But those people, you know, I see you on I really appreciate that as well.

So 2016 was pretty good, started off their subscribers and like August, I think now, at 523 I didn't really understand what I wanted this challenge be.

I just want to start making videos, get better editing better in front of a camera, which I still need a lot of work with, And I just made a bunch of videos of logs.

Just sit down.

Videos made one video about accessories for the new Mac book Pro the 2016 and that got like, as of right Now, like 55,000 views and that that just like that was awesome.

I'm so stuff that I made that video that hit, you know, it went.

It went viral, I guess.

Not millions of views, but viral for my channel.

That was awesome.

I couldn't imagine anything going better than just getting 55,000 views on video.

I thought was just going to get a couple 100 at most.

But we can talk about 16 as much as we want.

I don't really want to.

I want to talk about 2017.

That's future.

That's where we are now.

So let's, uh, let's talk about 2017.

So first, let's talk about like the video plan for this channel for 2017 Plan on building are making one too three videos per week.

You know, I wanna have an idea journey every single Friday.

Of course, there's gonna be variable weeks where I don't pose any videos like a finals week or something crazy like that.

There may be some ways that it puts more than three, where I'm just feeling like I'm gonna need to crank up videos, so you know, we'll see.

But that's where I'm going to try to keep it around.

I don't journey every Friday, and then the other videos throughout the week be like tech review videos.

Whatever tech accumulate for the next year.

My Tech set up episode a rate My APP episode, which, if you don't know what that is, is doing this right now.

Panel starting that seriously the next week or two.

So just stay tuned for that.

Whatever other video I think is suitable for the channel.

So stay tuned and you know it will be an interesting you and speaking about other videos that may be suitable for this channel.

It may not all be tech, so within this year, 2017 a plan on building a tiny house with my girlfriend.

I mentioned that the period is video and I plan on doing that and I want to make videos about the process.

So basically you know how my journey is from zero to app.

That'll be from zero to tiny house, and I was thinking about making a whole separate channel for it.

Just focus on tiny outs of what not, but I think it's suitable to put on this channel.

After all, the channel name is my name.

It's not like a tech specific channel.

I know some people may not be interested in it, but at most it'll be one video per week.

Probably not that it'll probably be closer to one video per month, maybe two videos per month.

So it'll be at least one video per month, and I think that's it suitable.

I want to keep everything centralized in one channel.

I have my Siri's.

So it's not like I'm going opposed to Random Tech video here and thing there.

I mean, review kind of random, but, you know, if you like, I did journey TUNEL Fridays.

If you like the tiny house thing, tune in on Wednesdays or two's whenever you know, whenever I post this and if you like, you know, the other videos just subscribed and watch all my videos.

That would be ideal all right.

Today is tomorrow.

So as you can see, we grew three subscribers overnight.

And I'm re recording this because I didn't like how it turned out the first time.

Things might be a little bit out of whack from, like, 10 seconds ago in the video, but hey, so let's talk a bit about my debt journey.

Within the next two or three months, Chapter one of Idol Journey will be coming to an end, which that is the you Timmy course.

But back on track, Chapter one well in Chapter two will begin in Chapter two will be meet creating the act that I talked about like Idol Journey two or three, the stock market social media type app.

I'll be going from zero to app and then Chapter three will be putting that on the APP store.

What Not but alongside, You know, me taking you along, building and developing this application.

I'm also going to discuss the plans for Chapter three.

So Chapter three or so, the plans for chapter three we'll discuss the chapter two, which will be marketing.

You know, when we put on the app store, I don't want to just put on the app store.

Just Yes, I hope.

You know, I hope it turns out well, I hope people downloaded What?

Not know I'm gonna market it.

I'm going to discuss with you all you know, the marketing techniques that I've found toe work or that I've seen work before.

And then I plan to use and everything that that has to do with marketing the business side.

Maybe even like the legal side of the business and things like that.

Just everything that runs through my mind.

And Chapter two, we're going to discuss an idol journey and then hopefully within like six months, so that'll be 8 to 9 months into 2017.

Chapter three will start in Chapter three will consist of launching on the APP store.

That's the beginning, monetizing it and really just growing it and turning into a business.

Like I said, I don't want to just have it.

An apple want it to be a business on when this is gonna be kind of like subscription based, So they'll be recurring payments every month.

Further for members, not all members.

But for those who wish to pay, there's a lot of details that will go over and chapter to Chapter three is growing and maintaining the business after we lost on the APP store.

So by the 2017 I hope to be at that stage, you know where I'm growing and maintaining the application in the business.

But alongside that, I want to do one of two things.

So we have that.

And then I don't want that to just just be that you know, I grow that.

But I also need to grow in other aspects.

I need toe make more ass to get better.

But if I feel like I can take all clients.

If I feel like I have that ability and then I could find clients, then I'll do that.

The alternative would be meat building another app a little bit more complex, apt than the stock market.

Social Media one.

That's why I'm starting off with stock market one and not the one that I want to die.

I wish to work on at the end of this year because this one's a little easier.

I still think it's really hard, at least my state of mind now.

But this other one, it has to do with freelancing and freelancers and things like that plan to start that while I'm growing in maintaining this one.

So I'm still gonna go full force on growing in maintaining this.

I don't want 1/2 ass anything.

But on the other side, I'll either be taking on clients, may freelancing or building that freelancing app.

So I think I've discussed everything that want to discuss, you know, we went over the video plans 123 videos per week.

For the most part, I did journey.

Carry it throughout.

Um, I have a couple more serious coming to my text set up the rate to my app, and I'll do a lot of other techniques I want.

You know, I made a lot of freelance video, so I think I'm gonna make some work.

Freelance videos.

I think I may make more videos like this.

Some videos that can, you know, kind of Dragon Maur of subscriber base an audience, because if I just stay in this one lane, you know, when a niche down.

But if I would just say this one lane don't only be able to grab people ever hear in there, But I kind of branch off a little bit like make a best you know what programming language I learned in 2017.

That video will be coming out here soon within the next week.

And there's a couple other video ideas like like discussing was the best computer for Iowa's development.

I think people you know, for your situation there's a computer that's best for Iowa's development, and now they go over all that in the video.

Hopefully, within next week or so.

You know things like that, things I think a lot of people will watch and enjoy and kind of it will attract them to my channel and really be engaged in all my content and what I don't want.

Just like tutorials there.

Just just id'ed journey Even.

I want to make sure I'm a little bit more broad just so I could pick up people from different spaces and grow this channel growth go the subscriber base and have more loyal subscribers.

I would rather have more loyal subscribers in a whole bunch of random subscribers that I'm trying to stay within computer science.
