  • This is Beth of cooking and crafting.

  • Today we are going to be making lime cloud squares.

  • Or in this case, we're making a pie U two's best for creative things.

  • I have a three ounce box of Jell O line Jell O and this is 3/4 cup of boiling water.

  • So I'm gonna mix us together.

  • I know.

  • I'm gonna add in a couple cube down temperature, and then whatever doesn't dissolve, we're going to get so moving on with that, we are going to know you wanna stirred for two minutes, okay?

  • At least until thickened.

  • But I want to also.

  • How eight ounces of challenge cream cheese that we are going to beat until my son creamy.

  • All right.

  • Very nice.

  • So we'll leave that there, and we're gonna go ahead and be the go the cream cheese.

  • Now, I am taking the easy way out.

  • I am going to use an already made graham cracker crust.

  • But if you want to make your own crust to put it into a nine inch square pan, you will then use one and 1/3 cup of graham cracker crumbs.

  • You want to take one teaspoon of tablespoon of that helps, and then you want to mix and put that on the side.

  • Mix it with 1/4 cup of melted butter.

  • Then you press that into your plastic lines nine inch square pan and you refrigerate it until you are ready to use it and then the additional one tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs that you've saved your going to Sprinkle over the top of this desert.

  • So I'm just gonna use the ready made one so that I don't have to worry about lining a plastic.

  • Any of that stuff.

  • Well, you're beating.

  • That's we're going to slowly at gradually at him, 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, and we're gonna be that in once.

  • That's a whole added in.

  • All right, so here goes 3/4 of a cup of lion juice, and we're gonna make sure that that gets mixed in.

  • Well, now we're gonna add in our lovely lime Jell O.

  • Now we are going to whisk and one cup of cool whip, or you can use what's cream When.

  • Now we're going to just go ahead and place the ingredients into your high crest.

  • I knew that this was gonna be a little bit much because it's much smaller than a nine inch square.

  • So I have two crusts here, and so then you want to just go ahead and you want to refrigerate this for six hours or until it is firm.

  • So I just took the rest of the cool whip and I covered it up.

  • And so now you can go ahead and Sprinkle your graham cracker crumbs on top of that on Dhe.

  • So there you go.

  • It has a very strong lime flavor to this.

  • So I would suggest if you are, you know, want to cut back on it, cut back on the line, just that you put in there.

  • I don't think it should affect the the pie in any way, but it is very delicious.
