(happy music) 今天我們不做料理 - Hello everybody, how are you? 我將示範如何處理一隻雞 Today we are not going to cook some special dish 你買雞肉的時候 I'm going to show you how to cut chicken. 一般已經處理好了 雞翅 How do you buy chicken? 雞胸 但是貴 You buy the chicken already precut, chicken wing, 所以我一般都買一整隻雞 chicken breast, but expensive 帶回家 切成塊 so in my case I usually buy a whole chicken. 雞的每個部分的味道不同 Whole chicken, bring home, I cut into pieces. 用來做的料理也不一樣 Each part of the chicken tastes different 在韓國 雞腿肉是最重要的 so that we use for different recipes. 廚師們都選擇 In Korea chicken leg is most important 用雞腿肉入菜 so the chef, the cook decides 在美國加拿大 我發現雞胸肉 who is going to have the chicken leg. 是最受歡迎的部位 In America, Canada I found out chicken breast 在你的國家 雞的哪一部分 is the most important part. 是最受歡迎的呢? In your country which part of chicken is considered 我很好奇 best part? 我依然最喜歡雞腿 I like to know. 因為很美味 I still like chicken leg. 現在我要示範處理一隻全雞 because chicken leg is tasty. 根據不同的部位 切成塊 做不一樣的料理 I'm gonna show you how to cut the whole chicken 我們開始吧! into pieces so that you can make some different recipes. 我買的是有機雞 蠻貴的 Let's start. 但是你不一定要買有機雞 It's organic chicken I bought, it's quite expensive 你看這濕濕滑滑的 but you don't have to buy organic chicken. 所以我要洗乾淨 You'll see it's kind of really watery, wet, and slimy. 幫它沖澡 I like to wash this really thoroughly. 把滑溜溜的東西都冲掉 Just take a shower. 直到都沖乾淨了 Remove all slippery things 我们的雞乾淨了! until it's not slippery. 好了 重頭戲要開始了 Our chicken is clean! 把雞像這樣放在砧板上 Next, more serious job! (笑) Oyster is usually for VIP or VVIP. 誰是我的貴賓呢? (laughs) 是你!不過等一會我會幫你吃的 Who can be my VVIP? (笑) That's you, but later on I'm going to eat on behalf of you. 這是芝麻油 (laughs) 和鹽 And this is sesame oil. 還有胡椒 (sizzle) 好香啊 And salt. 醋和醬油 And black pepper. 一點點就好了 Smells good. 然後拌勻 Vinegar and soy sauce, 看著很好 just little, one drop. 好了 And just stir this like that. 更多芝麻油 Wow, looks so good. 真有趣 因為我剛在那邊剁雞肉 There we go. 這邊就開始吃了 More sesame oil. 當你處理全雞的時候 This is really fun because while I'm doing 一定不要忘了“生蠔” my video, I still can eat something. 很嫩很多汁有一點Q彈 When you cut up a whole chicken, always eat this. 太好吃了 整隻雞最好的部分 Don't forget this oyster. 如果你不準備立刻烹煮的話 So tender, tender and juicy and just a little bit chewy. 把雞保存在冰凍櫃裡 Awesome, best of the best part of chicken. 全部這些 雞腿雞翅 If you don't cook just right now 還有這些切成一塊塊的背脊 you have to freeze it. 你可以做韓式炸雞 All these, chicken leg, and chicken wings 還有韓國的 including all these backbones cut up into pieces. 닭볶음탕 You can make Korean fried chicken 辣燉雞 also you know Korean 還有很多很多其他菜 dak-bokkeum-tang 這是雞胸 spicy braised chicken 今天我示範了如何處理一隻雞 and all kind of stuff you can make with this. 希望你可以用到 This is chicken breast. 買一隻全雞 Today I showed you how to cut up this chicken, 特別是特價的時候 whole chicken.
