  • Gim-gui is roasted seaweed sheets.

  • This is called in Korean, Gim. And Japanese, Nori.

  • It contains a lot a lot of vitaimins, minerals and also protein.

  • It's very delicious!

  • Most of all, I love this smell. This is the sea aroma.

  • When you roast this, it gets super crispy and also brings out really flavour and colour!

  • So let's start!

  • First, we need two kinds of oil.

  • So I'm using grapeseed oil and sesame oil.

  • I'm going to roast 20 sheets today.

  • In Asian store, you can buy already pre-packaged and cut this roasted Gim

  • but in the old time, I used to make this like 100 sheets of Gim at one time.

  • I froze them and then whenever I need this, I use.
