  • Hello, everyone.

  • This is Beth of cooking and crafting.

  • Today we are making almond butter soba noodles with garlic shrimp, and today's video is being sponsored by, naturally more roasted almond butter U two's best for creative things.

  • Okay, so the first of several steps what I have on the stove is eight ounces of soba noodles because we need to cook that and we need to chill it.

  • So we're going to start with our garlic shrimp.

  • So this is, um, too close of garlic that has been minced.

  • That's one and 1/2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.

  • This is a half of a teaspoon of salt on 1/4 of a teaspoon of helper.

  • And to this, we're gonna add 8 to 10 peeled, deveined on cleans shrimp, and we're gonna allow this to marry me for 30 minutes.

  • So all of this as we need to prepare a little ahead of time before you're ready to kill you.

  • Now we're going to throw together the almond butter sauce.

  • They have probiotics and flax that's already in their omens.

  • Butter, which is awesome because if anybody knows anything about probiotics, they really help your digestive system.

  • So it says here that it supports your immune health, your digestive health.

  • It enhances protein utilization, and it delivers active culture 10 times more effectively than yogurt, so you can get all of that niceness in just one little jar.

  • So we are going to be using 1/4 a cup of that natural almonds butter, and I have already put in two table spoons off.

  • Honey, we're also gonna be using two tablespoons of palms and sauce.

  • You can make your own ponzu sauce, utilizing a recipe I found on the Web.

  • You can buy a bottle, but a ponzu sauce is a tangy soy based sauce traditionally made with Citrus few fruit and, um so that is going to add like a little bit of a nice zing, so that we need two tablespoons of and I already mixed that up.

  • And were these two tablespoons of that.

  • We need one and 1/2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, so this is gonna be very, very nice and healthy meal for the day.

  • Since the soba is a buckwheat noodle.

  • When you use a tablespoon Andi, a teaspoon of soy sauce that would be a cheese boom.

  • And here's our table spoon.

  • Then we are also going to be adding in two teaspoons of sesame oil, which is really going to give us that yummy Asian flavor.

  • Makes all of this up, and we're going to allow this to mingle together for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  • I have my soba noodles that have already been cooked, and they are going into the refrigerator to also chill so that everything will be at that nice temperature when we're ready to pull this all together.

  • Ran through everything together.

  • Now I did want to show you the buckwheat noodles look like this on faith.

  • Cook up like this.

  • I also wanna head and pan fried my garlic shrimp.

  • Put that into the refrigerator.

  • I cut up some cucumbers on some carrots and two matchstick sized pieces.

  • This is the refrigerated almonds butter sauce, and now we're just gonna bring everything together.

  • So I'm going to thoroughly mix the sauce into the noodles.

  • Once that's all mixed in nicely.

  • We will just go ahead on the plate, our meal.

  • So you just go ahead.

  • You played your soba noodles.

  • Cover it with a couple of carrots and cucumbers and lastly, your garlic shrimp.

  • I added a couple of black roasted black, um, sesame seeds, and we're gonna go in for the taste in a second.

  • That's actually pretty good.

  • Um, something that I do like a lot is the sesame oil.

  • And I could barely pick up some of the notes of it in there.

  • So I personally would add a lot more of the sesame oil to this.

  • Just just, you know, make it open up a little bit more brightly.

  • But this is a really good, really healthy meal.
