  • Hey, kids, today we're going to make a lemon crusted New York style cheesecake, which I added.

  • We have the June box, and here's our our little menu, as I like to call it of what is included in here, and I unfortunately for the sweet up wrapping up, there's that Tiffany Green blue they're on.

  • Let's see what we have here in this box we first have here the Salem baking companies Meyer Lemon, more avian cookies on.

  • I have an idea.

  • Actually, you know what?

  • Let's go to the kitchen and let's do some baking.

  • First thing I did was I preheated my event to 3 25 it'll be there in a minute.

  • I lightly greased a four and 1/2 inch springform pan.

  • You can get them in packages of four.

  • I believe at some Walmart There is the boob.

  • I crushed the more avian cookies, the Meyer lemon cookies.

  • About half of this container that came in the treat si pan package, and I melted a tablespoon of butter.

  • Unless is three tablespoons of sugar.

  • I'm gonna mix this all together, and that is gonna create our crust for this a little.

  • I pressed the crumbs in there, and I'm gonna try to work it out.

  • The sides.

  • I have four ounces, which is half of a package of cream cheese in here, and we are going to beat this until it's smooth with no lungs.

  • Thing is the second of two tablespoons of sugar and then a table spoon and 1/2 oh so cream.

  • And then we're gonna use three ounces or three tablespoons of eggs or egg substitute.

  • Now one large egg is supposed to equal about four tablespoons of egg, so just beat it up and then pour three tablespoons in there and about 1/4 of a teaspoon of vanilla, and we are going to.

  • So let's combined appointed all into our cute little springform pan.

  • We are going to now bake it for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the center is just starting to set.

  • See how that middle right there is just jiggly like that.

  • That is at 30 minutes, so that is about perfect.

  • So I am going to allow this to cool on a cooling rack, and then once it comes to room temperature, I am going to refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours before removing the side of the springform pan.

  • You might want to run a knife along the side to make sure that you know everything, unstick something just a little bit on the top.

  • But that's good, because what it's gonna do is it's gonna hold this beautiful blueberry compote in their perfect, because blueberry goes awesomely with lemon.

  • There you go.

  • New York cheesecake.

  • Well, it's kind of lemony since we used the lemon crust enjoy.

  • That is delicious.

  • To be able to make a cheesecake that you know, two people can instead of an entire one.

  • Oh, I love it.
