all over my country, are on the streets.

There is only one reason we want to be free

為何我國家中成千上萬人都走上街頭

from a dictatorship.

只有一個原因，

we want to be free from the politicians who work

我們想從獨裁政權解放出來。

only for themselves

我們想擺脫只為自己利益著想的政客

who are ready to shoot, to beat, to injure people

他們隨時準備射殺，毆打，傷害人民，

just

只為了保住他們的錢，

for saving their money just for saving their houses

留住他們的房產

just

保持他們的權力。

to save their power.

我希望在這裡的這些人

I want these people who are here, who have dignity, who are

這些有尊嚴，勇敢的人，

brave I want them to live a normal life.

我希望他們過著正常的生活。

We are civilized people but our government are barbarians.

我們是文明的人，

That's not the Soviet Union.

但是我們的政府是野蠻的。

We want our courts not to be corrupted,

那不是蘇聯政體。

we want to be free.

我們希望我們的法院是不貪腐的

I know that, maybe tomorrow we will have no phone,

我們想要自由。

no internet connection

我知道或許到了明天，

and we will be alone here.

我們會沒有電話，沒有網路

and maybe

我們會孤立無援。

policeman will murder us one after another, when it will be dark here.

或許警察會一個一個把我們殺掉。

Thats why I ask you now, to help us

到時就陷入黑暗了

we have this freedom inside our hearts,

we have this freedom in our minds

我們心中都有自由的渴望。

and now I ask you to build this freedom in our country
