*I love coriander on the top the street food. I can even eat it alone as a hotpot-ingredient which I first had it at 海底撈 in China.
Lots of food vender will top the dishes with cilantro and spring onion(青蔥）.
To me, cilantro is a necessity if you want to make your food delicious.
We also add it as veggie in a sweet source to bring its aroma(香味）.
For the western part of the world, they will use the stock of cilantro to make vegetable stock （蔬菜高湯）which is the soup.
The soup is going to be very flavorful(很好喝；更有味道）.
*stock:骨頭熬湯；基底
*broth:有用肉熬的湯；高湯；其實不管用什麼菜還是肉或海鮮熬都可叫broth

好像在美國和拉丁美洲比較習慣叫cilantro
歐洲那邊比較習慣用coriander
不知道是不是這樣...
然後stock這個字，有「高湯」的意思。
我在蜜月時吃過這個虧。
蜜月結束，回程時，在斯德哥爾摩機場轉機，肚子餓想點餐，看著不懂的法文菜名，參考底下的英文說明，選了其中一道湯，折合台幣約250元。
印象中裡面有寫到幾樣蔬菜，還有chicken stock...
剛開始我不知道stock是什麼意思，只記得以前學過「存貨、股票」等意思。
但是我想，台幣250元左右的湯，應該會有雞肉吧！
所以拿到湯的時候，看到只有清湯+9條蔬菜絲（小黃瓜、芹菜、紅蘿蔔各3條），我就跑去找櫃台了。
櫃台的小姐帶著不耐煩的表情跟我說 "It's chicken stock, no chicken..."
我只好回來查了一下單字，恩，高湯，好...這個單字我這輩子不會忘記了
