【心得】食物部分真的還是要憑自己去感覺比較穩當，像我們家買的豆漿有時候有效期限還沒到就變味了。至於安全帽過期N年，應該都還是可以繼續戴的。

東西掉地上趕快撿起來 還可以吃 因為細菌還沒有爬上去XDDD

統一標籤就不會讓人摸不著頭緒，但我們也不能將這些日期當作是聖旨去判斷你的食物還能不能吃，最好是憑自己的感覺。
