-> She was pretty preoccupied recently because her dog just passed away.

問題在於手機的設計會讓我們不想放下手機，它們本來就是故意要讓我們用上癮的。但如果你知道了它是運用哪些手法來抓住你的注意力，你就可以學著和你的手機維持在一種比較健康的關係。
【心得】要用手機，而不要被手機用；可以玩手機，但別被手機玩。

如果在一個安全的環境下 我覺得沒有手機也沒有關係 因為會讓自己去觀看世界的美麗^_^

為了防止自己一直滑手機浪費時間 我把Facebook Instagram都從手機刪除 目前已實施半年 發現自己不會有一直被手機綁架的感覺( ´ ▽ ` )

2009年，那時智慧型手機還未普遍，那時我拿的是Panasonic折疊式手機，在國外旅行住背包客房時，大家見面都會聊個幾句，特別是晚上時，聊從那個國家來、旅行路線等等...

而前兩年再度入住背包客房時，晚上每個人待在自己的床位上，臉上反射著藍光，低頭滑啊滑，沒有交談。那時後，我突然好想念沒有智慧型手機的日子，可似乎回不去了....
