Winnicott 之所以會這麼說，並不是因為他甘於做第二，而是因為他依據自己過去的經驗而知道完美主義所需付出的代價，並且他也體會到為了讓神智保持在一定正常的狀態（其實這已經是個不易達成的大目標了），我們還得必須學著不要因為自己無法變成所有常人都沒能達到的非凡境界，而痛恨自己。
【心得】人生的一大功課：多練習珍惜和欣賞生命中的美好。(太專注於尋找瑕疵和破綻其實是件危害身心的事。而且如果一直看著暗處，很可能會誤以為那就是全部。)
