【sharp聰明的；精明的；敏銳的】E.g. Every Spartan, boy or girl, was expected to be physically strong, mentally sharp, and emotionally resilient. And it was their absolute duty to defend and promote Sparta at all costs. 每個斯巴達人，無論男孩或女孩都被期許長大能成為身強體壯,、腦筋敏銳、情感收放自如的人。他們的絕對義務就是要不惜代價捍衛並推動斯巴達。

看到配有法语字幕，于是第一遍读的英语第二遍读了法语版。自从学了法语，英语就忘光了。谢谢VoiceTube帮助我找回说英语的感觉 :)

今天筆記有點多,有些沒聽清楚處,請大家不吝指正,謝謝~
1-1. Resilient means to be able to become strong,healthy or successful again after something bad happens.
e.g. Many bad things happened to my friend, but he was very resilient and he was able to recover.
1-2. Resilience is the ability to become strong again after something bad happens.
e.g. My friend really amazes me, because his resilience is so strong.
2-1. Duty is something you must do because it is morally right or because the law requires it.
e.g. The soldier's wife didn't want her husband to go to war, but it was his duty. So he had to go.
2-2. Dutiful is doing what is expected of you.
e.g. The wife's husband was very dutiful.
3-1. Physically is related to your body.
e.g. The athlete run 10,000 meters spring in a very fast time. He is very physically fit.(這句的run及spring我覺得怪怪的..)
3-2. The (?沒聽出來) was very physical.
3-3. She studied anatomy and physiology at university.
3-4. Psychology is the science of study of the mind and behavior.
e.g. The girl is very interested in what people are thinking about, so she decided to study psychology.
4-1. The basketball player keeps missing so many shots.Many people think that he is mentally weak.
4-2. She was worried about he son's mental and physical development.
4-3. Mentality means a particular way of thinking.
e.g. To be a (?沒聽懂) sergeant, you need to have a very patient mentality.
5-1. Sharp means having or showing a quick ability to notice and understand things.
e.g. The boy always answers every question in class.Everybody thinks he is very sharp.

Slang sentence for "mental".
e.g. She looked at me as if I had gone mental.
e.g. Are you mental?(此處mental=crazy)

感覺自己已經被電影300壯士影響，每次看到斯巴達這個字都會自動聯想到很熱血的感覺XD
另外很好奇一個問題，我看很多朋友們都很早起床錄音(我看時間都差不多是清晨5.6點)，而且講的很棒。反觀我起床後喉嚨都會有點卡卡的，沒辦法一早起來就錄音說。

It's my 56th day on pronunciation challenge.
超喜歡看動作片，也超喜歡所有super hero，所以今天的挑戰讓我有點異常興奮(？)
