  • A second gunshot fired shortly after the incident is drawing attention to police use of force, Chicago's mayor Lori Lightfoot, calling the video extremely disturbing, adding the officer's actions are deeply concerning tonight that man is recovering in the hospital that charges against him have been dropped and there's an independent investigation.
