Yes, that's something you always wanted to do.

Uh, you know, funny enough.

When I was a kid, they would say, What do you want to do when you grow up?

And I would always right author, which was funny.

I never wrote dancer and things I did do.

So Now I can be like I did manifest that So some little part of me doesn't do it And you say you wrote this book during the craziest year of your life.

So did writing help you through all of it?

Yes, yes, it was very therapeutic.

It was funny because the books started more is a poetry book.

Actually, it was kind of something completely different.

And then I went through some crazy years, and I learned a lot about myself, and I kind of incorporated all into the book.

There's personal stories, there's meditations on life.

There's like some lifestyle secrets.

It's kind of like a little bit of everything in the book is called gracefully, You and you, you open up about finding grace and finding balance with then all of this tour moral.

Go to tell us a little bit about that?

Yeah, for me, Like my entire life, it's always been really important.

Thio find a connection to sort of a presence greater than myself, and so no time better than when you're going through some really intense challenges and unexpected change.

And I really decided in that moment to kind of learn about myself and find the graceful way to do it as much as possible.

And and I learned a lot and I came out stronger.

I'm happier and so joyful.

And so to me, this is just a little bit of paying a Ford and kind of expressing my experience.

So I said earlier, actor, dancer, now author in the most important role.

Mom.

Yeah, and you have your six year old.

Are Everly really about to become a big thief?

Excited about that?

She's she's too excited.

She's like, No, she's like I go to eat something, she said, Mom, is that good for the baby had candy corn today and I was like No it's not.

And she was like, You should put that back She's like, Really?

She's very excited that she's waited her whole life for this her whole six years, but that that's awesome.

And I know how the winds coming up with Probably not good for you because she's gonna be watching what you're eating.

But has she picked out a costume yet?

Yeah, we had.

We went through many, many, you know, sort of ideas, and I finally said it was your deadline.

You decide by today.

So she chose Angel for the day and peacock it night Peacock came out of the blue to It was like we were you know, she ra now from the Senate's also pick up peacock that come from But she's very excited minded.

There only were very excited because this book gracefully you it is out now.
