I apologized again for the mistake before confirming they were happy with a resolution on, I think closed down the complaint on our system.

I believe it is important to set high standards from the get go when managing a team in respect of being supportive, I will always support my team to ensure they have the necessary skills.

Training and resource is, tell them, achieve the company gold.
