IF THE DISTRICT HAS A NUMBER OF LOW-INCOME STUDENTS THE STATE SAYS WE WILL GO EVEN A LITTLE BIT MORE. SEEM THAT THE SCHOOL HAS PIPES WITH LEAD IN THEM. THEY HAVE A SPOUSES. WHY ARE WE FUNDING THE BULLET TRAIN AND WHY ARE WE FUNDING A BUDGET THAT'S NOT A HIGH PRIORITY FOR SAFETY IN SCHOOLS. TODAY THERE AREN'T MONEY THAT WILL COME FORWARD FOR SCHOOL FACILITIES. THE HOWARD JARVIS PEOPLE ARE ARGUING THAT WE DO NEED TO BE MODERNIZED SO THIS IS WHERE THE MONEY WILL COME FROM.
