Let's take a look at the note. if we say that something is first and foremost, it means it should be done before everything else. Yeah. It is first, First and foremost or most importantly. Yeah. Foremost means like you know, ahead of other things. So it's foremost. Okay, So let's ... so let's look we have three examples here to cover this. Example number one. First and foremost, make sure the children are fed and cared for. Yeah. Maybe this is a mother that's going away. Somebody is watching her children or going away for a while . Maybe even just out for the day. You know ,somebody's watching them or babysitting them. She might say this. First and foremost, most importantly. Besides all the other stuff that's around here. Make sure the children are fed. Make sure that they get their food and are cared for. That's the most important thing. That's what you should take care of first. All right. Number two. First and foremost. Let's take care of what's on the priority list. Yeah. He might make a priority list of what's, what's most important. So you might hear this in the office. First and foremost, this is what we should do First and this is the most important. And number three here. First and foremost, you must improve your writing skill. So whatever they're doing, maybe this is the area that somebody is weakest. Then you need to improve your writing skill. So you should put that first. That's most important.
