I mean like hobo chic. Gangster chic.

Okay, so the weather has been really back and forth. Some days it's warm, some days it's cold.

So I just thought I'd share with you guys some looks. It's all about practicality for me, with elements of fashion.

I love thrifted leathers. I love gold. So I like to accent that where I can.

And I stay comfortable with my Reebok white high tops. Yes, I'm about to throw an aerobics class on you.

And you've got to keep that neck warm, gangster.

Now we go from gangster to chic. Gallery chic, that is.

And I got this jacket from Light in the Box. What I love about it is the caping on the shoulders, and again, gold detailing. Love that.

And I also got this cute dress from ASOS.

Not quite gold; more of a copper finish. But it's copper on blue velvet.

And it is dressy but it's played down with the t-shirt sleeves, which give it a casual, dressy look which is ideal for my palette.

And because it is cold, I've got to get those pantyhose on.

Bodega life, boo! What do you know about that? What do you know about the bodega life?

You know a whole lot if you live in New York City.

Coconut water. Bomb.

And I am rocking these super warm boots by TOMS.

And yes, despite being fashion capital, it is all about staying warm.

If you aren't from here, you'll be turning looks. But when you live in a cold city, you do your best to stay warm.

And if you haven't already, you guys need to head out to Uniqlo and get yourself a down-filled underjacket.

This is amazeballs. You just put it on underneath a thinner jacket, possibly a Fall jacket--a jacket you'd like to wear but it's too cold.

You put this bad boy on, you are set. You are good to go.

You will thank me. And they are on sale for $59 right now.

And keeping it geek-chic. Geek meets hobo meets street. Get it.
