A practitioner will have mastered Chi Gong skillfully if both physical and inner strength can be obtained. Start with the left foot moving forward, and the right foot in line with the shoulder.Bend the front left knee and slightly squat the body.As in horseback riding, the eyes should gaze up and to the left, with the head held up high.
