字幕列表 影片播放 列印英文字幕 So you take this group of people and they graduate school and they get a job, and they're thrust into the real world and in an instant they find out they're not special, their mums can't get them a promotion, that you get nothing for coming in last, and by the way you can't just have it because you want it. Right? And in an instant their entire self-image is shattered and so you have an entire generation that's growing up with lower self-esteem than previous generations. You guys may recognize him from his best-selling book Start With Why Leaders Eat Last Or you may recognize him from a video that we did together that literally broke the internet where he answers the now-infamous Millennials question. Of course everybody shares responsibility of course Millennials have to admit they have a problem. All generations need to admit we have an issue sometimes and of course of course Millennials need to take responsibility for themselves. And I'll pay Millennials huge credit, which is at least they're speaking out All of us want to feel like we belong. All of us want to feel like our lives and our work have meaning beyond whatever the metrics we're achieving are. I love that Millennials want to make an impact but the problems impact doesn't happen in a moment you have to know what kind of impact you want to make.
