Wii U.

These numbers come as part of Nintendo's latest financial report and were released alongside

current hardware sales which showed the original Wii is closing in on 100 million units sold.

The Wii U has so far managed three and a half million.

The following game sales numbers represent worldwide sales including games bundled with

hardware as of March 31, 2013.

On Wii U, Nintendo Land has sold 2.6 million units and New Super Mario Bros. U has sold

2.2 million.

On 3DS, three titles have sold over five million copies: Super Mario 3D Land with 8.3 million,

Mario Kart 7 with 8 million, and New Super Mario Bros. 2 with 6.4 million.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf has already sold 3.9 million copies, and it hasn't even been

released outside of Japan, yet.

Now on the original Wii is where the real sales are. Wii Sports, which was obviously

bundled with the system, has moved 82 million copies.

As for games sold on their own, Mario Kart Wii has sold 34 million copies and Wii Sports

Resort 32 million.

Finally, on the original DS, New Super Mario Bros. is Nintendo's best-selling game with

30 million copies sold.
