THE PARKING ENFORCER WE'RE RIDING WITH IS NOT A POLICE OFFICER. BUT SHE AND THE PARKING AUTHORITY USE TECH CITY POLICE DON'T HAVE. HE PROPOSES CITY POLICE SHARE IN REAL TIME THE DATA THEY GATHER WITH THEIR EYES ON THE STREET. AS OF TODAY IF WE ENTERED THATS LICENSE PLATE AND THEY NEEDED TO BE BOOTED FOR FAILURE TO PAY TICKETS, AN ALARM WOULD GO OFF. ALL WE'RE SEEING IS ADD THAT SAME ALARM FOR STOLEN VEHICLES AND AMBER ALERTS. REPORTER: THAT INFORMATION COULD IMMEDIATELY FLAG POLICE IF THEY'RE LOOKING FOR THE CAR. THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH WROTE A PARKING TICKET TO THE CAR AND IN NO WAY PICKED UP THE FOUND THAT WE FOUND YOUR VEHICLE, HOW UPSET YOU WOULD BE.
