In today's lesson, we're going to look at the often tricky question

which is: 'Should I use the Gerund, the "ing" form of the verb,

or the Infinitive: 'do' or 'to do'.

This usually happens when you have two verbs in your sentence.

You have conjugated the first verb and now you have to decide

on the form of the second verb. Now, if you hear English regularly enough,

you gradually develop a sense, a feeling, as to

what the correct form is. For example, you know it is

'to stop doing something' not 'stop to do'.

So, really, the best way to master this point

is to listen to English regularly. However, there are some guidelines that
