  • Hi i am Rekha Ganguly. I am a fitness trainer.In this video I will be showing you exercises

  • that will help you to burn fat. I'll show you how to do box jump.Stand in front of the

  • box with feet directly under the hips and hands by your side. Lower yourself into the

  • jumping position by bending at the knees and hips. Keep your head up and back straight.

  • Explosively jump from the crouched position whilst swinging the arms. Land softly on the

  • centre of the platform absorbing the impact with your legs. Stand tall.

  • Jumping jack planks.Start in a traditional plank (shoulders over the wrists and the body

  • in one straight line) but keep the feet together. Then simply do jumping jacks with the legs

  • moving them out to the sides then back together.

  • Lets do some burpees now. Begin in a standing position. Drop into a squat position with

  • your hands on the ground. Kick your feet back while keeping your arms extended. Do a deep

  • pushup. Immediately return your feet to the squat position. Jump up from the squat position.

  • I'll you how to do a squat jump. With your head up and your back straight position your

  • feet at shoulder width. Keeping your back straight and chest up squat down as you inhale

  • until your upper thighs are parallel or lower to the floor. Now pressing mainly with the

  • ball of your feet jump straight up in the air as high as possible using the thighs like

  • springs. Exhale during this portion of the movement. When you touch the floor again immediately
