字幕列表 影片播放 列印英文字幕 Take the starting position with your feet, shoulder width apart. Do a jumping jack and follow it up by squatting down. Inhale while going down and exhale while coming up. Come back to the normal squat position to complete a rep. Engage the core while doing the jumping jack. Take a squat position, set you feet to shoulder line, inhale and squat imagining you are sitting on a chair. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Keep inhaling and exhaling while holding the position. Now, get back to the stating position.
