  • Lay on the floor on your side. Your elbow needs to be flat on the ground and directly

  • under your shoulder. One foot needs to be directly on top of the other. Lift yourself

  • off the ground and place your other hand on your waist. Your body needs to be in a straight

  • line. Stay in this position for as long as you can. You will feel the burn in your obliques.
