Now for those three things, the first thing to do, to start with why.

You know, you may have seen that famous talk by Simon Sinek, Start With Why., And this is true for English as well.

You know, why do you want to improve your English?

And really go deep with it to the emotions, the desires, a lot deeper than just to become more confident and fluent.

Maybe it's because you know, I'm doing this because I know that I am capable of doing something big and English is a part of that.

Or because my life dream is to go and create my business in the USA.

Or maybe it's more, you know, personal.

Like, I want to be a role model for my children so that they have confidence in themselves.

So first just really think about why am I doing this?

And I would recommend that you write that down each time.

When you start to do your English, write it down or think about it.

Why am I doing this?

What is my why?

The second thing is to plan in advance.

So doing your implementation intentions each day to help you to build the habit that saying you know, writing down,

I will the action at with the time and at the place.

For example, I will review my flashcards at eight o'clock in the morning on the bus or something like that.

And then put your resources, like your flashcards, where they are obvious and easy to use.

Maybe it's in your coat pocket, in your bag, somewhere where it's easy.

And when you're planning in advance like this, just start small with something that you can do every day to feel like, hey, I'm happy because I did this thing each day.

And I also recommend putting your English time in your calendar, it's part of the planning.

The third thing that you can do is to surround yourself with other people who encourage you to improve your English.

This could be, you know, your friends, it could be people at your work, it could be an online community, but you wanna find a group of people where becoming better at English and enjoying it and being curious and making mistakes and learning from them is just the normal behavior.

This is really one of the biggest things that can contribute to your success is having that community where it's just normal to become better at English.

But like I said, you can find these communities, you know, in your own, let's say offline life in the real world.

But also maybe online you can find a community.

Or you can create your community.

it might sound like pretty, you know, obvious and easy and like it's not revolutionary.

But, those are some of the biggest factors that will determine your success in being regular with your habits which is the most important thing for becoming better and confident in business English.
