I want to actually got really serious question.

Zion Williamson is returning Yes, this week, Wednesday on ESPN.

He has 21 odds twin rookie of the year and still hasn't favorite.

If you had to choose, I'll start with you.

Cassidy, for the remainder of their careers toe have on your team to build around.

Who would you take Zion or job this tough?

Why we're dealing with I'll break it down this way.

We're dealing with two unique body types.

OK, Zion is obviously a linebacker, a size that we haven't really seen in the n b a that size and that explosives miss.

And then you have John Moran, who is obviously a very skilled player, a very mature player, but he's he's is a very small frame.

So we're talking about longevity.

That's the question.

I don't have an answer.

I don't know.

I have an answer cause I want to see Zion play, which he is going to be playing on Wednesday against the Spurs, which you could see on ESPN, Um, for his debut.

I I don't think it's fair until I seize Ion play in an M B A game, an MBA speed I want to get.

Can we give him, like, at least a stretch where I can see if he has the endurance to make this call?

I know that's a cop out, but I don't think it's a very responsible professional.

And, yeah, I think it's a very practical lodge because they just say like June's to wait.

He's not gonna make it.

I just don't think is is I'm with you on that.

I love John Moran.

I think he is special.

I think his athleticism, his basketball I Q.

His vision make him incredible to have any team's franchise.

But I do think Zion Williams and can have a long endured career.

I think he can.

I think he has to change the way his style of play.

I think that happens with the skill, said he has to find some kind of mid range jumper because every time he goes into the lane, he wants to try to pipe it on you and you increase your risk mitigation when you're coming down with that size of that frame.

But I know we talked about you like you're not going to change his walking gait.

I think if you can lose a little weight and play with that skill set, I think the energy he brings to the team is so different.

He's 10% body fat like.

He's not fat.

He's just way.

That's just the way he's built that, that's all.

Muscle, like one big dad muscle they like, gained £7 of muscle, not playing.

That doesn't mean the weight room not running.

Yeah, I believe the answer is John Moran.

So I was trying to figure who I will compare these guys, too.

So it was like if I had a chance to pick Joel and be who has a low management history Mrs 1st 3 years, pretty much you play 82 games or Dame Lillard, who would I take different body tights.

I've seen Dame lead his team to the playoffs every year.

Jai's in a sea right now, and it seems like every time the injured guy, when you need him the most, Blake Griffin comes to mind.

It seems like they're always not there at the most important time.

So right now, personally, I will have the sea.

And definitely I think the the answer to that question for many would change if Dame were in East do.

Oh, over.

Yeah, great call because But do you guys think?

I mean, look, I know Zions miss some time, but it's also like this, I think, is third or fourth.

Injuries has since high school, which is a question, but it's awesome, Like we forget sometimes what happened yesterday or the week before, especially this summer.

Maybe Do is having, like, 20 and 20 games.

So games that he's having because he plays with energy and effort all the time.

It reminds me a little bit of been Wallace, like he just plays with that pure venom all the time, which is gonna make him a stat filler, and it's contagious.

That's how they win.

So I it's just a matter of health.

I hear what you're saying.

But still, I think the ceiling for Zion is just slightly higher than I think, pajama.

But I'm happy we got Zion this Wednesday because I'm telling you, we're gonna be waking up on Thursday showing all of the holidays and dunking on everybody.

But that's another thing Is that the microscope on Zion is just going to be Look, we're all having fun watching John Moran.

So now he is must see TV every single night.

But I just think how we're going to be viewing Zion is going to be way different than how we view John John Moran.

We're gonna be accepting of everything great that Jaws doing.

We're gonna be extra critical of Zion just because of the spotlight that's on him.

Um, and you know, it's no fault to hiss.

It's just the way that you know the expectations that you come with this game, but we know that's going to big time.

College is he went to do.

I went to Michigan with the Murray State, so now he gets to play with a chip on his shoulder.

But for the public.

It seems like he outplayed expectations even though he went number two overall, right?

And how about these guys were au teammates?

They were in high school.

And I'll say this, I mean, the amount of attention that's on gets we talk about a couple of days ago.

It will be J and amount attention.

He gets like Zion.

It seems like it's even next level I get.

It feels like he is the error that came into that you knew all about him before, even got the Duke.

And then after I got the Duke, it became even Mawr crazy about what happened.

So almost like that could be used against him to some degree, because people say up its eyes, oversaturated the market.

All we do is hear about John.

But the advocate, like John Moran, is just quietly putting and work all day, every day.

One thing I don't know if it's gonna be used against him is how well hit.

Um, his teammates are playing in New Orleans.

So John Moran, that's his team, really mean Jerry Jackson has been great to, but it all the focus is on.

John Marin isn't going to help or hurt Zion that Brandon Ingram is having an all star here.

That Lonzo ball is finally kind of getting into his own eyes, obviously, still Drew Holidays team.

So if he gets inserted and he has to allow those others to also continue to develop, is it gonna be held against?

I see I don't think so, because he's not ball dominant like he doesn't need to be the guy with the ball in his hands to be effective like he'll just go get you 15 20 rebounds off sheer effort.

He'll get you a couple of put backs.

Also, he's at 10 points.

He gets a lot of chippies to the end up being stopped fillers for any fans of these teams or these players for us to spend this time and energy talking about these guys, me and they're both really good.

Yep, I think we can all agree that there have the potential to be perennial All Stars and we might get both these teams in the playoffs.
