After a ton of requests from customers missing the sandwich, 6

McDonald's posted the recipe online 7

for the entire world to see. 8

I'm here in my kitchen and I'm gonna 9

try my hand at making the egg McMuffin. 10

This one here is from the restaurant 11

and I have all my ingredients here to make it. 12

I've got my English muffins, two eggs, sausage and cheese 13

and these are all ingredients 14

that you can buy at the grocery store. 15

First, I toast my muffins. 16

Okay so now we've got the sausage, 17

little salt, little pepper, 18

we have formed a sausage patty and we're gonna drop it 19

on the grill here where it needs 20

to cook for about six, seven minutes. 21

I'm gonna improvise a little, they say use a metal ring, 22

I actually have a metal heart cookie cutter 23

that I'm gonna use for my eggs. 24
