  • I just actually finished doing this live session with Rida from Waddling Beauty about one a one wash.

  • And I was so inspired to share kind of my learnings with you guys because I have been doing wash for a while now.

  • I just think it's section amazing way to just get familiar with your face.

  • Starts working your muscles, relieving a lot of tension that we have in our faces and our next that we don't even know a lot of these fine lines here and here and here are all connected.

  • A lot of people have tension on their shoulders and their next This is the result.

  • It's for me, very empowering to know that I do have control kind of premature aging and to make sure that I do it the proper maintenance for my skin.

  • So let me share with you what I've learned from one student to another one.

  • I don't know if I'm just like it's a head or you let me know we're gonna move one area that I feel like it needs to be addressed because this is what creates that 11 wrinkle situation on the forehead.

  • My night oil goes last, so I'll use it washed out.

  • Dan, some people like to do it separately, so they'll kind of wash your face with some miss other face that put boil and then to the washing ritual.

  • And then if the oil is not too heavy, you can put the rest of your skin care.

  • But I find that for me doesn't make sense to with products on top of oil.

  • I like to kind of do the opposite through my routine, which doesnt consists of a lot of things.

  • And then just finish it with oil and do the massage.
