  • Welcome to show me the curry dot com.

  • I'm hip, I'm a new job, and today we're gonna show you a really quick and a very healthy breakfast every morning.

  • We always looking for things to just start our day in the right way.

  • So here's a really quick one, full of protein and goodness, right, so as complicated as breakfast can get this one, it needs three ingredients.

  • We need an apple, we need cottage cheese and we need some omens, and that's it.

  • So here's your apple.

  • We're just gonna cut it into small pieces, find a lot of people exercise in the mornings.

  • And, um, it's hard to eat a breakfast and then go and work out.

  • But then, after you come back, you're really, really hungry, and your body really needs a lot of protein.

  • And protein is wonderful for your muscles to basically grow and caught.

  • A cheese is one of those things that has a lot of protein.

  • Half a couple cottage cheese has around 12 grams of protein, so it's like a fabulous amount of protein, and it tastes great, right?

  • So this is what got a cheese?

  • Looks like it is not beneath that, some off us think, but it kind of her thing looks like crumble pony.

  • But it has not been either tastes totally different.

  • And what we since we're doing it for health reasons and we don't want to One extra fat this we're using is a low fat one.

  • But you you know you can if you for some reason you do need patch, you can use the regular one but the states really good, because we're gonna be jazzing it up with a lot of other things that are great.

  • So we just have a ball over here, I'm going to add.

  • What about oh, 3/4 couple.

  • I got a cheese, 18 grams of protein place and just take a bowl big enough that you can mix things in.

  • And cottage cheese can be found in your grocery regular grocery store, Kroger Walmart's etcetera and very easy to find.

  • And here's our chopped apples, and the third ingredient we're gonna use is basically caramelized almonds.

  • We actually have a video tape video on our website, how to caramelize nuts and almonds or anything.

  • So basically, we're using our minds, but you can use any other not that you before, so I'm just gonna put as much or as little as you like.

  • It's a wonderful, a little bit of sweetness, Uh, and a lot of crunch.

  • Now, if you eat cottage cheese by itself, a lot of people don't like it.

  • But in this combination you get the sweetness and the little bit of sour nous from your apple.

  • You get the sweetness and a little bit of crunch from the almonds, and then your cottage cheese has also a little bit of salt in it.

  • So you get a sweet assault and you know the textures air Wonderful.

  • The flavor combination is yummy.

  • You actually look bored to breakfast, and you know, instead of like some of those health shakes, you're just like I don't want I look forward to this breakfast.

  • All right, so there you go.

  • Just gonna mix it.

  • Look at that.

  • No, the omens are such job fabulist hopping, delicious and absolutely right The sweetness.

  • And though Sarno's and the saltiness great combination definitely keep you going until lunch, I know some of you are going to say, Oh, I don't like apples.

  • And I know you're out there you can do the same thing.

  • You can use cottage cheese, but you can use a banana.

  • So just chop up the banana into small bits and mix it in with the cottage cheese, and you can even top it with things like walnuts.

  • So bananas and wallets is a really good combination with cottage cheese.

  • Or you can use all means either way.

  • Yeah, the combination I would like is, of course, got a cheese mango on maybe some a little bit off the statue structures are not a super healthy nut, but you know, just a little bit just for a little crunch.

  • And you know, the combination is fantastic.

  • So you know, just so many choices out there and so many things you can just mix and match and, you know, whatever the fruit of the season or your mood, you know, just go and have fun with it.

  • But overall, fantastic.

  • Any combination would book out really good.
