  • My friends at Boulder Canyon Natural Foods sent me some potato chips, and after tasting them and eating the entire bag, I ran out and got another bag.

  • But this time I decided what I was gonna do was I was going to get some honey barbecue.

  • I was gonna incorporate it into a recipe these air kettle cooked, right?

  • But look at all the wonderful things.

  • It's all natural, non GMO, no trans fat, no cholesterol, no MSG gluten free.

  • They use green energy.

  • Shut up, right, And it's kosher.

  • So there you can't go wrong there.

  • Absolutely delicious.

  • I cannot get enough of them.

  • So But what I've decided we are going to crush these down way are going to coat our chicken tonight's dinner with this.

  • So let me take care of that.

  • Now that I'm competing with a telephone call and helicopters and the ice cream man in the background, I figured what better time to start dinner, right.

  • Okay.

  • I'm not gonna pour him all in there because I wanna make sure that they don't get all wet, but anywhere.

  • I have two eggs here.

  • I have some boneless, skinless chicken fines.

  • I preheated my oven to 400 minutes.

  • Should boop any second now.

  • So into that, I am adding a cup of butter milk.

  • That isn't true.

  • Buttermilk.

  • I just used a couple of water, a couple of milk, and I added some lemon juice to it about a tablespoon of lemon juice.

  • I'm gonna mix this together and there we go.

  • There is the boot I could have used obviously a bigger bowl.

  • Let me switch it out.

  • I am going to add about 1/2 of a teaspoon of fault, too, that I'm going to dip my chicken first into the milk on dhe egg mixture.

  • Oh, I guess these are chicken breasts.

  • Okay.

  • I thought they were thighs when I brought him out, but I took them out late last night, and I let them thought overnight it was a nice cold night.

  • So from the butter, milk and egg mixture, we go straight into this lovely potato chip mixture, and I am going to put it onto my lightly greased, um, cooking down here, and you want to make sure that they do not touch one another.

  • Okay, one when you're placing them in on the pound.

  • So I have some melted butter melted a lot more than I actually need, but this is 1/4 cup of butter.

  • I'm just gonna Sprinkle it over this because that's what's gonna help it with the crispness as it bakes.

  • I'm gonna throw this and anywhere between 45 to 50 minutes.

  • But because these are breasts, it may take a little bit longer.

  • So I'm gonna keep my eye on it, and we should be having dinner soon.

  • I looked that cook for about 45 to 48 minutes around there.

  • I'm gonna let this cool down just a tad, and then we're gonna plate it.

  • I decided to chill and open death.

  • 2012 banshee chardonnay from the cinema coast from wine.

  • Awesome ness dot com.

  • They suggested that it go along with buttermilk fried chicken fingers.

  • So when I said I was gonna be making this honey barbecue onion fried chicken, I thought nothing better to go with it.

  • So I just had a precept of that.

  • It was quite delicious.

  • And now I wanna try to see if these chips where the right decision for all I'm not even gonna live.

  • Best chicken ever.

  • And it reminds me, kind of sort of like Kentucky Fried Chicken.

  • It's amazing.

  • Amazing.

  • Absolutely amazing.
