So I have an idea.

In order to motivate everyone to get a little more exercise,

people are always talking about how important it is

to have a strong core, right?

And by people, I mean Mario Lopez.

So I've come up with a challenge to inspire everybody

to strengthen their core.

And it doesn't take any equipment at all.

You can do it in your living room,

or bedroom, or out on the lawn.

I'm calling it Plank That Song.

So here's how it works.

All you have to do is pick any song, sing it all the way

through while you're holding a plank.

But make sure you're filming yourself doing it.

And then you post it wherever you posts things

and challenge three friends to do it.

I'm happy to say that Andy has volunteered

to show everyone how it's done.
