I wanted to blow this morning because I was in the gym like 7 a.m. on dhe.

Um, unfortunately, unpopped my memory card from editing the night before, So I didn't have a memory card in there, So I can bring you with me for that Epic starts the day.

Basically, Carrie and I are having PT Sessions every Monday morning at 7 a.m. Every week.

We think that's a really great way to kind of, like start the week on dhe start on the right foot.

Because sometimes I feel like if my PT sessions are a bit later on in the week and I haven't done any sort of exercise up until then, who are more inclined to kind of cancel or just kind of flop off the the healthy bandwagon?

We had a really good PT session today.

We did a lot of lengths, which was great because I don't think I've trained legs in a very, very long time.

I have my morning coffee.

I'm also wearing my favorite hat.

You're probably gonna be sick of this happy, You know, I'm like it won't be here forever because I'll get bored of it after a while.

But I've got my coffee to start the day on Dhe.

I have quite a nice week planned for this week.

I had quite an emotional week last week on dhe.

It really like it does get me when I'm stressed and I start, I don't know.

I was, like, irrational thing where I've come up with in my head that I I'm going to get because I've never had stress like this before.

And I know that there's gonna be a lot of people said this on Twitter that there's gonna be a lot of people I rolling like Oh my God, you have such amazing like Davy Stress.

But like obviously, everyone has different things going on in their lives that you just never see Andi.

I try and keep those kinds of things very much separate from this channel because this channel is not necessarily about that side of my life.

I try and chair at least when I'm having a tough time or a bad time.

But I maybe don't go into things in depth because I just kind of, you know, this channel for me is a positive outlet.

That's why I don't talk negatively about brands or people or anything like that.

Because this this space is like my positive outlet.

And I just love watching stuff like this.

So I've never bean fake or not being myself.

But I do find it very difficult when I'm not having a great time to log.

So it works quite well.

It gives me time to just deal with things and then come back as normal.

Me.

I'm in a really good mood today, so that's good on.

I'm feeling a lot better.

So what I was saying was that is a rational thing where I think I'm like my stress level is so high that I'm gonna lose my head on.

But I feel like my scalp trickling and stuff like that, which is obviously really scary and makes me feel even worse.

So I didn't even mean for this to happen, but I'm actually going away with two of my favorite kind of, well, one of my favorite brands on one of my favorite stores that I worked with on I'm going today.

I'm going down to London and I'm spending the night in the Mandrake Hotel, and I'm gonna be going and having a really, really lovely treatment with people from Liam.

Now, I'm sure you've seen the New York candles around my house.

They are just the most beautiful candles, and they're full of essential oils.

So think I recommended one in my gift guide as well, which was just beautiful.

We burnt it like so quickly because we loved it so much.

But I have never, ever I don't even know they did treatments.

But I believe it's that their flagship store on we're gonna be going down there and having some of their like, relax ation treatments.

So hopefully, as much as you know, it's the working week on Carrie and I have a lot of brainstorming to d'oh tonight at the hotel.

We're gonna order room service and have a real kind of, like, just kind of like a strategy meeting, which I'm really excited about on dhe but also enjoys and treatment.

So it shouldn't be too much of a hectic week, even though I've only got one day at home.

But it gives Ali a lot of time to organize himself in the house I wouldn't have actually gone down there with a full face of makeup on today.

But I'm test driving a new foundation, which I'm telling you about in my next vlog on.

Dhe is beautiful, absolutely fallen in love.

And it's not a super duper expensive foundation either.

So, yeah, I didn't think to myself all I just kind of wanted, like, go out and have a day out on dhe.

Make sure that I could test drive it in those situations as well.

So I've gone for a full face of makeup today on DDE.

What else do I have to tell you about to catch up on this?

And tomorrow.

So I've got a lot more toiletries than I would ever take on an overnight stay.

Because I'm actually shooting with Michaela tomorrow in the morning.

I've got to shoot two campaigns of Michaela, so I need to be like looking my best.

I got all of my twenties in the island to wash my hair, possibly do a little bit of fake tan.

So that's kind of what I've got Thio do over the next few days.

I need to pack now.

It's very miserable here in England at the moment.

I can't remember the last sunny day that we had.

It has been gray skies nonstop every single day for two weeks.

It's so depressing.

I need a little bit sunshine in my life on DDE.

That's just it's quite sad.

I would just like to wake up and be like a frosty morning like it was before Christmas.

In fact, I need it just reminded me my hair oil is tthe e Loreal.

L've Eve extraordinary oil on this just lasts forever.

So I need that.

I'm gonna be washing my hair.

Then I have my makeup box, which is there on dhe.

I have this is like my electrical stuff.

I need Thio pack my laptop as well.

Probably see me do this a couple of times.

To be honest, I just love organizing things on dhe.

Then everything is going into this suitcase.

Now, I've got a few bits in exile, but you have to shoot some outfit.

I've also got this bag.

Now I pop this bag of my deep pop to sell it.

And then I tried it on with the most gorgeous Karen Millen dress yesterday and I was like, Oh, my gosh, I can't sell this bag.

I can't sell it.

That's the first time that's ever happened to me.

I was being a little bit too, like brutal on that one.

So I've got to take that dance.

I'm shooting that with this dress.

Then this is for all the other stuff.

But this is like my really small suitcase.

Even though I love it, it's got my initials on it.

This is from to me.

Um, it is quite small sometimes, especially when I need to pack multiple stuff to shoot.

So I'm gonna bring my whole door as well, which sits nicely on top.

Anyway, on I've got pretty much everything packed in here now, other than toiletries on, I've got some shoes to shoot on.

Cem come fees.

I do think that my car is actually already outside.

There was kind of like a mix up with the time.

Um but it's no problem.

It's a stress free day with staying calm.

It's fine.

You think anything haunting you, you leave it out, see where you're going.

So I'm trying not to show the mess in this house and moving because Ali is getting ready to organize the house somewhat.

It's just great.

I haven't washed my hair, but no one knows why.

I wish people told me that that hat's was such a great way of disguising unwashed to her because I just that actually my hair anymore.

Actually, this cardigan doubles as a blanket way.

We've stopped up hotel on.

We haven't actually even seen our rooms yet, but we stopped off and had some food with the girls from the arm, and they told us about the new product.

I'm actually the first creator to be experiencing the product and trying out, which is really exciting for me because it's a brand that I love.

But now we are on our way to Wimbledon to go and have our treatments.

And the girls were saying that it's like nothing they've ever had before.

I'm quite interested in the energizing treatment on Booth de stress treatment, but apparently they make you smell the fragrance is that they have on whichever one you prefer is the one that you should have.

So we're gonna be doing that when we get there as well.
