They need their own version of personal protective equipment. This guy is not a surgeon, although he's dressed like one. He's a plumber. Overnight, we had it changed the way we were conducting business. Mark Russo is wearing the personal protective equipment we're used to seeing on medical personnel working the front lines of the pandemic. But the New Jersey plumber says he has to dress this way for the safety of his customers and himself. Our number one concern was to keep our people safe and our client safe. In order to do that, um, we implemented a bunch of new measures as farce, um, asking our technicians every day about their health, taking their temperature, making sure there haven't been around anybody who's sick. When a homeowner needs him, it's Rousseau who asks some probing questions. We got guidelines from the CDC harassing every homeowner about the state of their health, about the state of the household, anybody in the household if they've recently traveled outside the country and more recently to New York City. We've had to make some tough calls where people couldn't answer the questions with the answers. We want it so we opted not to service those locations, all right?
