字幕列表 影片播放 列印英文字幕 Hey Guys! I'm here with Alisha, Macbby 11, and we are going to do a healthy snacks video because we both did breakfast ideas so we were like, "Let's do snacks!" So, that's what we're doing! We're doing 3 on my channel and 3 on hers. Two of mine are actually kind of like treat snacks, and one of them is more of like, "real food" snack, so just know that... yeah, okay, alright! Let's get into it! okay so this first snack is my favorite and it's actually way easier to make than it looks take two pieces of pita bread, if you're making two pizzas, and put some pizza sauce on it. And then just sprinkle some mozzarella cheese however you like. Now you're just going to wash and cut whichever vegetables you like. I used mushrooms, a pepper, and tomatoes. after you finish cutting them just place some on your pizza however you'd like to Then, put your pizzas in the oven on broil for about five minutes, but you really have to watch them when it's on broil, so just watch it and you'll kind of know And then enjoy your pita pizzas! to keep it healthy you will notice that I used whole wheat pitas vegetables as opposed to pepperoni or something like that and you can also get fat free and mozzarella cheese This snack is great if you want something that's a bit sweeter, and it's so delicious. Take two pieces of whole wheat toast and put them in the toaster and then take some reduced fat peanut butter you just don't want the kind with any of the oils, if it's more of a natural kind kind that's definitely better and just put the peanut butter on your toast, and then cut some bananas and place that all over the toast that you have, and then you can but some dark chocolate chips on top you don't have to do this, but it tastes amazing! This is one of my favorite snacks. This last snack is definitely a treat, so it's great if it's like a Friday you just feel like you deserve it. So cut up some bananas, and then put some chocolate chips in a bowl I use dark chocolate chips and then put it in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time stirring every 15 seconds until it is completely ready to spread on top of the banana so you're gonna put that same peanut butter that I used for the last snack in between two slices of the banana, and then dip your banana in the dark chocolate and then you can also kind of drizzle any parts that you don't get and then you just wait for it to dry and you have these super super delicious they're basically like little reese's but with bananas and I love them so I hope you guys enjoy them and that is all the snacks that I have for you guys, check out the ones that we made on a Alisha's channel if you want more and thanks for watching!
