First, the ultimate thing you run to when you go to any kind of state fair or some amusement park, it's crispy. It's yummy. It's powdery, sugary goodness. So we can't say enough about it. We both love it. Our kids love it, and it's a very simple recipe. So here goes. So here we have one cup of whole milk, and to this we're going to add one egg and have a decent of a little sense, and we're gonna rescue. So we're using whole milk for this recipe and it works fabulous. So that's that. Those were the wet ingredients. Now we're gonna work on our dry ingredients. We have one cup of all purpose flour here or Meda. And to this, we're gonna add half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of baking powder. We're just gonna take a little bit of the flower and sifted through just so there's no lumps in your baking powder way. Have our leading up on medium heat over there for deep frying. So of course, this is a great idea. You just want to make sure there's enough depth in there and why we get this ready. That would be hot and final. Dry ingredient here is sugar. We're gonna add one tablespoon of sugar and this makes it through. And once that's mixed in, we're gonna add the driving straight to the writ ingredients. Later time. Make sure there's no lumps. Keep mixing so batter is ready. And this is the consistency it ISS. And over here we have a funnel. You can get it at. You know, any grocery store regulars? Pretty cheap. Yeah, and we just got the biggest one and meet as was not big enough, so we kind of just chopped off the tips of that. We have a little bigger funnel, right? Right. So the oil is hot. Let's stop. Fine. So the key thing here is when you have a fun like that, you have to block the opening and pour your batter in before you get to your stove and we're showing this to you here. But ideally, you'll be next to your stove. But don't don't try to do this over your hot oil? Yes. It's always good to do a try around, you know? And you just start off on one side. Nagel Perfect. And this prize fairly fast. So we have some tongs we're gonna lifted out and slip it over. Perfect. And we have plate lined with paper doll here. We're gonna make sure all the oil drips off. Man will put it on the paper towel just for a few seconds. And while it's still hot, you just slide it off. You got some? How did you get here? And just stop it. Sprinkle it on generously. Oh, yeah. This is like the safe air coming home to you. Love it. Now you can avoid all those long lines. You because no matter what, you don't do those. The funnel cake lines are so long the longest. This is so beautiful. Your kids are gonna love you for this. I honestly we can say that. What?
