  • Okay.

  • Thank you.

  • Bitch.

  • Yeah, Brian, I'm Joji.

  • Last summer, we became master chefs of the 80 arising Summer Mansion.

  • And this year we're teaming up with even more chefs and special guests and asking a few of our 80 arising label mates to help us out.

  • Welcome to the feet, mansion.

  • Welcome to the feast mansion.

  • Welcome to the Fees Mansion.

  • Welcome to the feast mansion.

  • Yeah, there's Rich Brian, and we're at Fi's Mansion, the greatest fucking cooking show in the world.

  • And I finally kicked Jodi out and has my friend Nikki with me to help you guys I'm making I'm super excited to be here this mansion.

  • So, Brian, I feel like we should do something new today.

  • What do you think?

  • So, like, you know, we have the collaboration with bubble guys.

  • The head in the clouds dream.

  • Should we do?

  • Yes, but I just realized that I don't know how to make me neither.

  • You don't either.

  • Yeah, but that sounds like a really interesting flavor.

  • I feel like people should really buy that.

  • I would agree in the link down below.

  • So anyway, we have our pro here way.

  • Been from Bobo Guy we employed a little help.

  • I Wow, look at all this Excited.

  • What are we gonna D'oh?

  • Well, I think I'm gonna teach you how to make Bogle right.

  • You know how to make Boba Boba master?

  • Well, I mean, do you even know where Bo is from?

  • Eyes from Taiwan is from Taiwan, and it's starting the eighties.

  • You know, milk.

  • He's been around for a really, really long time, but the Taiwanese were kind of the first time.

  • Like add the tapioca balls into a bubble.

  • Guys, we do it a little bit different.

  • Eso ours is more kind of elevated.

  • Take on you might have seen on Instagram.

  • What kind of famous for that?

  • Three layers And even for the head and clouds drink that we made with you guys.

  • You know, we take like an Arnold Palmer, but we do our twist on it.

  • So it's like peach Palmer with jasmine tea.

  • We're gonna do a little bit of color with butterfly p.

  • Uh, kind of got that.

  • That awesome blue flame butterfly.

  • What Butterfly p And like e a p A.

  • It's a flower and it's ah, it's a huge distinction.

  • And then we top it with creme A That that flavor sounds really interesting.

  • I feel like it's something that people should.

  • I think people should really buy that.

  • What is your go to drink anyway?

  • I don't actually drink Bo, but that much just cause I generally kind of avoid sugar because I'm better than everybody.

  • But I if I do get it, I like tighty like, flavored stuff have, like, you know, the premium stuff.

  • Have you heard of this Really old.

  • Like it's an older ball of a branch called quickly.

  • Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

  • So every Friday for, like, eight years, I'd drive by quickly after my panel lesson, and I'll just get the jasmine milk tea with no ice, like straight up.

  • Yeah.

  • So this is like, Oh, yeah, yeah.

  • I'm like a Boba Kanis store.

  • Okay, so I think I would start by just teaching you guys how to make a classic Miltie.

  • This is something that you can get out.

  • Like any Boba shop.

  • They're always gonna have it.

  • This is our version of it.

  • And once you learn the basics of this, then you kind of make any kind of drink.

  • So it's four parts there is Boba.

  • That's happy.

  • Okay?

  • Balls or any other topping that you want There is milk brought different types of milk for you.

  • There is our tea.

  • We make, like a really strong tea concentrate.

  • And then finally, the sweeter if you were at with sweetness.

  • Yeah, I'm really curious about this.

  • So can you eat that?

  • I'm happy you asked about it.

  • Boba is basically a tapioca starch.

  • And so tapioca is from the cassava root at our factory.

  • It comes as this tapioca powder in.

  • We have to basically form it into a ball.

  • Okay?

  • And so it goes in this tumbler, and we missed it a little bit, so it starts to take shape.

  • And our stores were making Boba on the hour every hour fresh and so.

  • But it takes a really long last time.

  • It hits 30 minutes to cook, 30 minutes to cool, and then another 20 minutes of just sitting our housemates here.

  • And so when it's finally ready, has that perfect about that?

  • Kind of that.

  • That's your cue.

  • We're adding ice to just really, really chilling.

  • Really.

  • So what we're gonna do is we're gonna shake it.

  • You want to make sure you hold onto the top lip so it doesn't go everywhere.

  • That looks really good Fraud.

  • You shake it because its frothy and incorporates the syrup really well.

  • And so we drink it.

  • It's gonna be nice and beautiful.

  • Oh, keep going.

  • Don't go over, though.

  • Okay.

  • Oh!

  • 00 shit.

  • I gotta be more sure about everything in my life.

  • Yeah, that's basically it.

  • There we go.

  • Make sure you get the boat.

  • What do you think?

  • That's the best I ever had.

  • Well, like it was that bounce the AL dente.

  • Q Q Q Q Q.

  • That's what we call it.

  • Call it.

  • That is beautiful.

  • This is probably single handedly like the bus.

  • I'm not just saying that I want it.

  • I don't know.

  • Bullshit thing is truly, truly delectable, you guys.

  • Well, now you guys know how to make it.

  • I feel like you guys should battle.

  • I mean, really, he's like a bubble kind of sooner.

  • She talks a big game, but I saw you shaking that dream way.

  • I'm super now.

  • All right, let's get it.

  • Yeah.

  • Oh, my God.

  • Bober Battle activated way just made that up, I So regardless, let's get cracking.

  • All right, Start with the star of the Boba.

  • How do you get that?

  • Brown color is a sweet baby.

  • Ray's interesting.

  • You've been in the Shaker.

  • Okay, way recover.

  • Is it throbbing?

  • Yeah, that's beautiful.

  • That's beautiful.

  • How's your front than mine?

  • Fuck it.

  • Oh, wow.

  • What?

  • It's like potato, right?

  • Yeah.

  • I love that shit.

  • All right.

  • You're hired slowly.

  • You know, I brought a bunch of different toppings.

  • We've got grass, Jolie and home and generally and egg putting that we all make in house that mobile.

  • Guys, I even tracked down some of this.

  • You guys recognize that?

  • Oh, my God.

  • It's so like, back home in Indonesia, they would sell s Stendhal, which is literally this.

  • It's like the street delicacy.

  • And they would just Sprinkle this stuff.

  • It's like green rice flour.

  • Hopefully, you guys can use that in your drink.

  • Uh, and then we just grabbed a bunch of other fun stuff.

  • I really have but go nuts.

  • Really.

  • I see.

  • I see what you're doing with the strawberry, and you know what?

  • We got pop rocks.

  • So I'm just gonna use it to my advantage.

  • You're stealing my ideas.

  • Well, you vocalize that's going on.

  • You stand real close, you can use 00 whatthe look at the top.

  • Like in the finished.

  • It'll be like splashing onto my face and shit.

  • And now I'm gonna have some more.

  • Sheena Cherries.

  • Are these more?

  • She now maraschino.

  • Look at that.

  • I'm adding to very fun.

  • Gummy bears, right?

  • You're chopping gushers.

  • Is that without it?

  • Somewhat Goo is coming out of it.

  • Yeah, it doesn't taste good, but it looks good.

  • Brian, you almost done Pencils down.

  • I'm I'm done.

  • You're done today.

  • All right, There it is.

  • Fuck out.

  • The reset my potatoes, the concoctions, if you will that we made look amazing clearly.

  • But I feel like, you know, we need, like, an unbiased judge, because you're, you know, you're not gonna like either of these, you know, because you little makeover for a living.

  • We need somebody that will actually appreciate these impartial, I think I think I know just the person.

  • Yeah, exactly.

  • We have joji outside, actually.

  • So we're gonna we're gonna gonna bring this out to him.

  • So let's see what he thinks of it is my drink.

  • There's Boba, and they're so much some maraschino Cherries and some fruit gushers and worked really hard on this drink.

  • And I really hope, you know, you guys pick my drink, especially you, Jodi, because we go way back and, you know, we're on Midsummer Madness together, and I really hope you pick my drink.

  • Yeah.

  • I mean, I get that, but, you know, I mean, this, like, personal thing, I gotta like.

  • I'll taste Nicky's first and then, like, maybe like like I was to Italy.

  • But I hope, you know, like, that's not a song saying I'm just saying, I hope I went, You know, I mean, I'm just expressing my emotions and feelings here.

  • Okay, So I'm gonna be sure I love you guys like it.

  • See what you have.
