Next, we collected her shoes and sent them to the lab when the results came back.

This is what we found.

We found four types of fungi and fewer types to bacteria on your shoes.

Wow, including one that could cause an infection as serious as meningitis.

Oh my gosh.

Oh, that's terrible.

So can you contaminate your home with Corona virus with your shoes?

Well, the jury's still out on that issue, but until we know more, it's advisable to just practise basic good hygiene.

First, when you take off your shoes, wipe them off with an antibacterial wipe, then put them right in front of your door or just inside your door.
