It's a little tip that I picked up from steamykitchen.com

of how to separate your eggs with a water bottle.

I was just telling my husband as I was making a cake

that our current egg separator kind of stinks

and we had to get new one and he reminded me

of this little tip so I'm just sharing it with you today.

So you take an egg, crack it.

And all you need for this is a water bottle,

an empty water bottle, any brand, doesn't matter.

So you squeeze it a little bit

and then the egg yolk will go right inside,

separating it from the egg white.

So easy, and then you just transfer it into your bowl.

Perfect.

So now I have my egg white and my egg yolk.

Ta-da!
