I've never brought you there before.

I've been there once myself when I was 17 I believe on my very first trip to Japan, so don't remember it very well, but come occur was once the political centre of Japan's.

You'll find that it has lots of the traditional features that you'll see in cities like Kyoto or Nata, but it's very close to Tokyo.

So if you are on a trip in Japan and you're just in the Tokyo area and you want to experience kind of that traditional taste, then Kamakura is a really cool city to visit.

Now we're gonna be joined by a local, a Japanese man that lives in the area, and he's gonna be pointing out all the best shops, the best foods to eat, the best places to see so we can make the most of our day and karma crap.

He works for a company called Magical Trip that provides tours of different areas of Japan alongside a local that lives there.

It'll be joining you before you go on your tour, so it's kind of nice.

So we've just entered inside hace Temple data and we're gonna pop in and have some lunch first, and then we're gonna come back out and explore the area because temple looks gorgeous.

I've seen my share of temples.

So the place we've come for lunch has a really wide assortment of food.

Super Flavorful Way had a really nice lynch.

So they had a really good selection of vegan dishes of that restaurant.

I didn't visit there when I was on my trip in high school and I probably wouldn't have discovered it myself had I gone alone.
