So they did an x-ray of my head and my chest and they didn't see anything

so I guess that's good, and they gave me some allergy medicine and also some medicine to...

I didn't understand exactly what he was saying, because honestly he didn't speak that much English,

but some kind of medicine to lessen the dryness in my throat?

I've been taking it for two days now. My cough is about half gone, maybe 75% gone and my voice is coming back

so, really excited about that. Because I'm finally back in Korea

I'm gonna show you guys what I've been really waiting to show you. It is the one thing that I

love the most about being in Korea. It's probably not something that you would expect,

but I've wanted to share it with you for a while now, so I'm gonna make that happen today while I'm back in town.

I'm actually not in Korea for that long again. Gonna be here for about two weeks or so

and then I'm heading off on quite a long trip across Japan

which I've been looking forward to for a long time.

I'm gonna be joining my friend Chris abroad in Japan on his cycle across Japan.

We're gonna be visiting places that I've never been to in Japan,

and I'm so so excited about it and I'm gonna be sharing it with you guys on this channel

I'm gonna be vlogging kind of behind the scenes. Chris is of course gonna be doing his own videos.

This is the facial cleanser that I've been using ever since it came out because it has a slight

exfoliating texture to it

which I really love. So it's a powder, and you put the powder in your hand add some water to it and you get like

a really gentle scrub on your face.

It just makes my skin glow and it smells like a matcha latte, which is always a plus.

So this is just my holy grail face wash. I've gone with the Klair's

Unscented toner this time just because it absorbs into your skin

Very nicely and leaves you with a nice

plump moisturized feeling without being greasy. My favourite toner by far, I use these everyday.

This is one of those products that I sometimes

get lazy with and I stop applying it for a while, and

then I noticed my skin starts to look a little crappy, and then I go back to using this and

it totally brightens up and just looks a million times better.

I like to do it at night time while I'm sleeping and I really really notice a difference

It's good for fading acne marks as well. Then of course my favorite moisturizer. I really like the texture of it

I feel like it absorbs nicely and it works well under makeup, so no complaints about this

I really don't ever try any other moisturizers because I'm so in love with this one.

Really basic skincare routine, if you guys are looking to get started or if you want to stock up on your faves.

And then they've also included a bunch of masks, because I love sheet masks,

I'm sure you guys love sheet masks and ten of the natural vitamin

21.5% These are like really concentrated vitamin masks, so- [plastic clutter noise] oh

So I told him I had some leftovers from dinner that I could give to him. He's on his way to work

and he always packs a lunch with him so

he's stuck without food if we don't find food for him, so I've got some leftover

Chukchi

Which is like one of my favorite Korean dishes. Greg's never had it? What? How have you never had it? [Greg] cause I was [indistinguishable]

They usually give it to you as a little side dish

[Greg] looks like Chinese [Sharla] no [laughs] it's Korean, Chukchi!

We're heading out to show you guys my favorite thing about living in Korea. Greg has never been to this place,

I thought he had been there with me, but [Greg] No [Sharla] he hasn't so,

This is fun for him too. It's a beautiful day. It was 18 degrees, last time I checked. iIt's sweater weather, finally!

Actually my favorite thing about living in Korea so far is that everybody is so passionate about fitness, and working out and staying

healthy. We are outdoors at probably one of the biggest outdoor gyms in Korea. It's completely free

Anybody can come use it. It's open 24 hours. It's just here in the park

So if it's a nice day and you don't feel like working out in the gym or at home,

you can come out here

to the park, and they have SO many machines you guys it just blows my mind.? And these gyms are all over Korea

Do you have any by your house?

[Greg] Yeah have one but it's like a little bit smaller than how this one is. They have hula hoops, but this is huge like...

Why is it so huge? Is this for like two people? [Sharla] nope [Greg] are you sure?

[Sharla] Hey, there you go, you got it

That is heavy. I'm gonna try this one. This one has bumps on it. Not quite sure why?

Doesn't really look enjoyable, but...

Okay, just kind of hurts... don't know why you'd put the...ow! It's not difficult or anything...but ow!

Oh, it's difficult, but I think it would be possible if I was better at it

There's so much to do here look it over here and people are like working out on weight machines

For free if you don't need to pay for a gym membership in Korea, you can just come here

I tried this the other day and failed horribly. Oh
