It's been really pretty amazing what's happened with the private sector there, really, in six year the administration praising companies like Haines, which is retro fitting its factories to make masks, and Apple donating two million of its own masks.

Today, the vice president announcing the federal government is going far further to meet demand, ordering approximately 600 million and 95 masts over the next 18 months.

How is that gonna be distributed in one?

Doctors and nurses expect, actually received those max HHS is completing 1/2 a $1,000,000,000 or event 95 masks, and all of this is being coordinated through FEMA on and and we're we're responding specifically to state requests where the needs arrived.

When exactly can they expect to receive these masks?

We'll prioritize.

Those scarce resource is against.

Every single governor across the country is looking for the exact same thing.

Even the president jumping in, questioning his own task force about the timeline.

We make masks start coming in there.

They're out there now.

So again, we want a match.

We want to get out of the middle.

I think so.

We're trying to match supplies with the man.

So that's what we're doing right now.

It's happening today.

Trevor, I want to switch gears to another part of this story that's developing.

In the briefing, the president said his people were heading over to the hill to negotiate that massive stimulus package to help American families in this crisis.

Yeah, well, Tom, Republicans and Democrats have been at this for days, seemingly coming to submittal ground.

At one point today, the president's top economic adviser, Larry Kudlow, said this package could end up topping $2 trillion.

That's the number the White House has since trying to walk back.
