Now it does not matter what type of Amazon interview you have coming up.

If you're being interviewed for a job would be in one of the fulfillment centers or one of the management or leadership roles.

This tutorial is gonna help you so pleased to stick around and watch it from beginning to end.

I'll give you some great tips to make sure you pass your interview, but also give you a number of Amazon interview questions on high scoring answers so very warm.

Now let's get straight into the training.

So it does not matter what kind of role you are being interviewed for Amazon.

I want you to make sure you demonstrate the following skills and attributes.

He's really important.

So obviously Amazon is renowned for providing outstanding customer service.

Okay, that is one of the main reasons why Amazon has been so successful since they first started.

It's because the customer service is fantastic.

You can't find that level anywhere else, in my opinion, so you have to make sure you demonstrate an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Number two.

You have to demonstrate attention to detail in everything you do, so keeping mistakes to an absolute minimum.

I mean, obviously we don't want you to make mistakes, but if they do happen, then you learn from them on you make sure they don't happen again.

So attention to detail is really important within Amazon roles.

Also being able to achieve tough work targets so you will be set targets to achieve whatever role it is and understandably rightly so.

You have to work towards achieving targets on data shows.

They are a great employer because they want you to achieve tough targets, which means they are moving forward as a company number four.

Also having a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work.

They want people who enjoy being at work.

Okay, there are a great employer, in my opinion on dhe, so they want you to be positive and enthusiastic about your work, so you need to be lying out during your interview.

Obviously, teamwork is really important within Amazon.

Jobs are being a supportive team member, having a trustworthy, honest and loyal attitude to your work because you're you're obviously working with goods and dealing with customer orders but also willing to learn and develop within the rock.

So all of those seven things within the Amazon interview questions and answers that coming right now, I have ensured that I've incorporated all of those for you within the answers to the questions.

So the first question pretty much guaranteed during your Amazon into is going to be Tell me about yourself.

So this is your opportunity to tell the interview panel about you or the interviewer about you.

So a lot of people make the mistake of their interviews.

When the interviews is tell me about yourself and they start talking about loads of things outside of work, thinking the interviewer is interested.

First of all, thank you for inviting me to the interview Today I am a positive, happy and self motivated person who prefers to work as part of a team whereby everyone is working toward the same God.

I have a hardworking nature and could be relied upon to complete challenging tasks and targets that are set by my manager or team leader.

Now in a team environment, I like to think I am supportive of others.

I have a great sense of humor, but I also know when it's time to knuckle down and work hard.

Now, outside of work, I like to keep myself fit and active, which means when I am at work, I can concentrate fully on my tasks and do things professionally now.

I've been watching the growth of Amazon from afar over the years, and I would love to be a part of your success story moving forward within the job.

I'm being interviewed for today.

That's a great answer.

It gets you off on the right foot strong.

It's professional and it's loaded with positive key words and phrases, and also it shows that you are, you know, positive person.

You've got a great sense of human, but you know when to be serious but you can work towards achieving difficult targets, which is really important.

That's a great answer.

Let's have a look at the next Amazon interview question I want you to prepare for.

So why have you chosen Amazon?

Why'd you want to work for our company on again?

Pretty much guaranteed Because I don't want is someone who goes well.

The hours fit in for May.

A lot of salaried, you know.

They want people to work for the move or passionate about the brand and happy, and can help it to move forward and grow as a company, which it will do for sure.

Here we go.

I want to work for Amazon because not only are you one of the world's most advanced and successful companies, but I believe the skills and experience I have gained over the last few years will mean I could not only excel in the role but also continually learning advance.

You are totally focused on delivering high quality service is which means that provide and I do my job properly with professionalism on diligence.

I will always have a job at Amazon finally, because you are innovative and the leader with in many industries.

I know the job will be exciting and no two days will be the same.

That's another positive answer on.

It shows that you you know a bit about Amazon and you know the fact that they are looking to grow and develop, which they are.

They are innovative in their approach and they are always leading in everything they do.

And they basically change the way that you and I shop.

They have a massive influence on how we shop.

Like I said at the beginning, they're always focused on delivering great customer service.

So let's have a look at another question.

So what skills, qualities naturalists do you have?

There will be a match for this Amazon row.

Now what I want you to do is to be aware that this question can be posed in a different way, which is what are your strengths.

Okay, so that's that's another type of question, that this answer will work very well for here we go.

Most notably, I am excellent at focusing on the customer.

I can deliver a great customer service and client care, which also means I'm a competent communicator.

Now, in addition to these skills.

I'm also a hard worker.

I could make the right decisions in the best interests of the company work effectively.

As a team.

I can work really hard on the pressure, be analytical when needed, and I'm also very loyal and trustworthy.

So if you hire me to work within this roller Amazon, I feel confident you'll be really happy with my performance and commitment to the Amazon brown.

That's a great answer because if you look at those things, you have to be hardworking toe work at Amazon, you need to make the right decisions everything you do in the best interests of Amazon workers, a team work under pressure because of the target's be analytical when needed, but also will be loyal and trustworthy.

Tell me about one of your greatest achievement.

So Amazon, as we know, are always moving forward.

As I said before their innovative on there, a great organization on, basically, what would we do without them as consumers?

So I only virtually everything from Amazon a lot of people do so they achieve great things that they want to see what you're like when you have achieved great things.

Because if you have a history of achieving brilliant things that you're more like to carry on, achieve great things whilst working for Amazon.

So here's my answer for this now, this answer is tailored for all Amazon rolls.

I think it's a great answer here we get, I would say one of my greatest achievements would have to be when I was working for a previous company on a team based project.

Now, as a team, we were required to complete a difficult and challenging task for a client within a short time frame.

Now the problems we faced was that the client continually changed the goalpost and he requested numerous alterations to the project specification.

Now these changes meant we had to work around the clock to not only make the project work but also get it finished on time.

Now we all dig in work extra hours with a positive attitude and a determined approach to our tasks.

Now, once we had all individually finished, our specific jobs were then helped those within the team who needed the extra support.

The end result.

Waas.

We managed to get the project finished on time into a very high standard.

So that is a great answer because you are showing that you can work as part of a team and that is one of the fundamental requirements of working for an organization like Amazon.

You have to be good at teamwork.

So what you're doing there you are showing that you can work as part of a team.

It's not a solo thing you're doing on your own with working with others, and you know how important it is to war work, and the other important thing there is.

You're working under pressure and you have to do that.

Amazon.

You'll be under strict time constraints to get things done to achieve your tasks.

So that's perfect in that respect.

Okay, next question.

Now, this is basically for leadership roles that Amazon.

However, if you are just applying for a job, that's not a leadership role.

This is good for you as well, because Amazon has these 14 leadership principle, So be good for you to know about these as well.

So what are the 14 Amazon leadership principles?

Here we go.

The 14 principles are customer obsession.

Ownership invented.

Simplify our right a lot.

Learn and be curious.

Hire and developed the best insist on the highest standards.

Think big bias for action.

Frugality earned trust.

Dive deep, have backbone, disagreeing, commit and also deliveries ups.

Now, during my research for the salmon, a leadership role.

I've been consistently studying these and believe I have the experience in all of them.

For example, in respect of insisting on the highest standards, I was leading a team in a previous role where they continually made mistakes due to a lack of attention to detail.

Now.

When I became their leader, I insisted on a certain standard and drove them to achieve it Each and every time.

Eventually the standards are set, became happy on the team, moved toward successfully, so that shows that you know what they are.

But you are giving an example of one of them, which is important because you couldn't get after question.
