  • But today I'm gonna take you into the back alleys and the back streets of Siberia called Oecussi Boo.

  • But the fact is, I live here, and I've been going to this area for so long that I finally decided to share with you guys.

  • Tucked away on the first floor is a lot a shop.

  • In addition to offering various locked flavors, this'll tiny space host seasonal collaboration goods with various illustrators.

  • It must be kind of like a cocky Cory Ice Cafe LA Today it has some ice cream on top has some crunchy bits here.

  • This shop has fresh milk delivered from a farm in Tokyo and they make four types of cheese, mozzarella, burrata, ricotta and catchy.

  • This is kind of like their advertiser.

  • This is, Ah, burrata cheese, fresh tomatoes and some oregano here, in some oil.

  • Yeah, it is a fresh.

  • Is that very watering?

  • Almost like kind of like melts in your mouth almost like outer show.

  • It has, like the texture of cheese, but on the inside, it is just so creamy, almost kind of like fluid like.

  • And it pairs so well with these little tomatoes like cherry tomatoes can see, like the outer shell is a like a little bit hard, give you that consistency and then inside has a creamy goodness of the cheese.

  • Center is not even like a Jesus, almost like a very, very heavy cream Or just I really, really like cheese.

  • I just looked down in like the entire plate is almost God.

  • They also serve pizza and sandwiches using their freshly made cheese pizza uses a mozzarella cheese while the sandwich used on melting ricotta.

  • I love how they paired it with a grainy bread to add texture.

  • We came here early in the morning just before 10 and we had to win about one hour before we could come back.

  • But if you come too late in the day, then it might just be all booked up.

  • In fact, this hidden gem has more than 100 years of history.

  • Instead of ordering from a standard menu, I had to grab a card with the dishes, name on it and take it upstairs to the second floor.

  • Interestingly, that car has a lot of number on the back, so that matches you get an extra side dish.

  • This is their most popular set.

  • Saban Omi's oniy mackerel cooked with me, so I was able to choose between the head or the tail.

  • And, of course, I'm in with a head.

  • Thistle is the summer Miso Sava looks so tender, so super.

  • Wow, there's a lot of flavor in a building on me.

  • It's a little bit sweet, handsome, savory nous, but more speed than savory like that.

  • I'm not a fan of like stewed Saba, usually because it's very fishy, but this is cooked so well, but you don't get in Iraq fishy taste, and it's just kind of like a sweet, nice and like least very, very tender.

  • Saba that's great goes really, really well with rights because it's just so much flavor here that the writes itself picks all of that flavor and then just kind of friends it out.
