And since the town I'm living in is only 1% Asian, I have to put up with stereotypes on a daily basis.

Everyday, I hear stupid things like, "Are you Asian or Japanese?"

每天我都會聽到很蠢的事情，像是「你是亞洲人還是日本人？」

So, today, I figured that I'd clear some things up about Asian stereotypes.

那麼今天我要找出和澄清一些關於亞洲的刻板印象。

First up, all Asians have squinty eyes.

首先，所有的亞洲人都有咪咪眼。

I hear all the time that Asian guys have a small...uhm...egg roll.

這個是我每次都會聽到的，亞洲男生有比較小的...「蛋捲」。

What's the next one?

There's the stereotype that all Asians are really smart.

有一個刻板印象是，所有亞洲人都很聰明。

Especially in math.

尤其是在數學領域。

It's not even true, like personally, one time, I got an A-.

這不是真的，我本人有一次，拿了一個 A-。

Mom: Motoki! You have A-? You dishonor our family! You dishonor!

媽媽：Motoki！你只拿 A-？你讓家門蒙羞！丟臉至極！

I get asked all the time if I eat dogs.

人們每次都問我吃不吃狗。

Cats are way better!

All Asians eat rice every day.

Yeah, we do.

I don't know Kung fu, I don't know karate, I don't know martial arts.

我不懂功夫，我不懂空手道，我不懂武術。

I'm good at fruit ninja...

All Asians are bad drivers.

所有亞洲人的開車技術都很爛。

pshh, I'm a great driver.

拜託，我超會開車。

Okay fine, I'm not the greatest driver.

A lot of people say all Asians look the same.

No, we don't.
