Stem these.

Cut it into small pieces.

So we are going to freeze these strawberries.

The reason I chop into small pieces is that if this is too large, then later when you blend, the milk is not easy to blend all nicely, smoothly.

So let's put this all in my bowl.

Add two tablespoons of sugar. White or brown.
加入兩大匙的糖,白糖或紅糖都可以

This is brown.

Mix well.

Keep this in the freezer. So I'm going to divide this into two portions.
把草莓放進冷凍庫裡保存 我要把草莓分成兩份

Each portion for two servings.
一份可以做成兩人份的奶昔

This is half cup measurement.
這是半杯的量杯

So I'm going to put this in the freezer.
我要把它們放進冷凍庫裡

These strawberries are already frozen.
這些是已經結凍的草莓

I have several bags here.
這裡面有很多袋結凍草莓

And any time I can make strawberry shake.

Put them back into my freezer again.
把剩下的再放回去我的冷凍庫

This is only one minute after you can easily break these guys.
