TMI 是 "too much information" (太多細節了)

If someone tells you details about something that you think are too private or that you just don't want to hear, you can type TMI to let them know that they've crossed the line!

NP 是 "no problem" (沒問題) 的縮寫

It's usually used as a response when someone says thank you!

這通常是別人跟你說謝謝的時候回的

Thank you so much for helping me out yesterday!

People usually use this before they say something honest or straightforward to try to make it sound a bit less harsh.

通常在說實話或很直接的話之前使用，降低殺傷力

IMHO 是 "in my humble opinion" (個人淺見)

Someone might type this before they share their opinion on something in order to let people know that what they're saying is only their opinion. It's not fact.

有人會在分享對某件事的見解前使用好讓他人知道他說的只是個人意見，不見得是事實

R. O. F. L., or ROFL, stands for "rolling on the floor laughing."

R.O.F.L. 或 ROFL 是 "rolling on the floor laughing"

It's a way to say that something is hilarious.

And it's similar to LOL, which stands for "laughing out loud," but it's a bit more exaggerated.

和 LOL ("laughing out loud") 很像，可是更誇張

TL;DR stands for "too long; didn't read."

TL;DR 指的是 "too long; didn't read" (太長了；沒看)

People might send this in reply to a message that was so long that they didn't bother reading it.

可能在收到很長的訊息後只用，代表訊息太長了，懶得看

Some people also write TL;DR at the end of long posts online, and then write a sentence that lets people know their main point.

有些人可能也會在自己貼的長文最下面加上 TL;DR，然後再寫下整篇文章的重點 

TTYL 指的是 "talk to you later" (晚點再聊)

Instead of just saying bye at the end of every online conversation that you have, you can try saying TTYL.
